On November 27th Estonian Ambassador Ingrid Kressel visited Constanţa and the Office of the Estonian Honorary Consul in Constanţa and Tulcea Mr Alexandru Bobe, had excellent and substantive meetings with the Mayor of the City of the Constanţa Mr Decebal Fagadau, Deputy Prefect of the Constanţa County Mr Ionut Done and Public Administrator of Constanta County Mrs Mirela Matichescu, discussing possibilities for future cooperation between Constanţa and the Embassy of Estonia in Bucharest. Ambassador also met with the rector of thriving Ovidius University Professor Sorin Rugină, to hear about the plans of the University.
