On March 9, the Estonian Embassy in Bucharest invited Estonian Honorary Consuls from Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova to a joint meeting. Issues related to the promotion of business and cultural diplomacy and practical issues of consular services were discussed. The opening remarks were made by Ambassador Ingrid Kressel and presentations by Kristel Konsa and Heilika Pikkov from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as by Imre Siil, First Secretary and Consul.
